In a small town in the Ural Mountains, a teacher is forced to film patriotic ceremonies to prove his loyalty of the school to war propaganda. Those recordings become a secret archive—and then an act of resistance: using the camera as a weapon of civil disobedience, he risks everything to get the footage out of Russia and show the world how the regime’s ideology permeates classrooms and the very bodies of children.
