GENERAL TERMS

1. Everyone must be in possession of a valid admission ticket. Tickets entitle the holder to enter the theatres at the respective film screenings at the times indicated. Exchange and return of tickets are excluded. Refunds of film or event tickets, once purchased online or at the box office, are not permitted by law and are not possible. The resale or negotiation of tickets for commercial purposes – with or without a surcharge – or at unofficial prices is prohibited. Tickets purchased in this way are not valid.
2. The provisions regarding the age classification of films are binding. Persons who do not meet the respective age limit will not be admitted. Exchange and return of tickets are excluded. 3. Tickets purchased online must be presented to the cinema staff, just like conventional tickets. All information on the tickets, especially the barcodes, must be legible and visible during delivery.

5. Food and beverages brought in from outside and not purchased in our cafeterias/concessions may not be brought in. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is only permitted to adults (18 years of age or older).
6. The law prohibits the recording of images, video and audio during film screenings, even short ones for social purposes. The cinema staff is authorised to confiscate any recorders, smartphones, video cameras and to alert the authorities.
7. Smoking and vaping are prohibited within all our premises. This includes all types of cigarettes, cigars, pipes and new electronic cigarettes of any kind. The cinema staff, after an initial warning, is obliged to alert the authorities and the Director in charge to
   file a complaint.
